We want you to feel confident in your BN3TH gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached back into the shipping bag or a similar box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
